Nick Vina Artisan Bakery sourced the best quality wheat from Germany with our strict specification milling criteria and Non GMO wheat. The flours we use comes from our best partner from the Aicher family mill, one of the eoldest family flour mills in Europe since 1589 and milled by the Master Miller Johann Aicher, 15th generation of Aichermühle miller . Aichermühle producing high quality flour which all grains are locally source.
