Baking Technique

Complex and varying flavours of baked goods have been consistently produced at Nick Vina Artisan Bakery. Rather than using commercial yeast, our efforts and expertise is focused on sourdough baking. Among baking concepts practiced include traditional European baking concept, wooden worktop, wooden proofing cabinet, German proofing basket, dough cloth linen and stone/steam oven. These concepts and methods are meticulously executed to produce bread and pastries that are simply decadent, yet authentic and classic in taste.
